3. You will be comfortably able to speak about your problems and miseries openly. This will also help the instructor to get more understanding of your problems.

4. It is the best option if you’re introvert and doesn’t feel comfortable meeting new people most often.

5. The probability of figuring the instructor becomes quite easy.

Cons:

1.    In private meditation class, you will miss the company of people who can, in fact, boost your morale when performing meditation in a group.

2.    You need to pay a hefty amount for personal meditation classes.

3.    In meditation, the energy changes and a group that is meditating together may help to increase each other’s energy but in private classes, you won’t find that.

4.    Who knows if you meet any person in group meditation class that will change your life for good reasons, in private, there’s no such chances exist.

5.    If you have friendly behavior group meditation will help you get more rather than the private one.


While learning to meditate can also be done at home without any instructor but you will miss the fundamentals and consistency while doing it on your own. If you are frustrated with your life, unable to discover happiness and enlightenment in you, its better choose meditation class either private or group depending on your comfort.
